The Challenge
Like all developers, Longhurst Group need to comply with Construction Design and Managements Regulations (CDM), they affect everyone involved with commissioning, designing or executing a construction project. This had traditionally been managed using a series of spreadsheets but they lacked visibility and couldn’t be controlled. There was also a requirement for CDM and other regulatory documentation to be securely stored and shared with employees who are located in various offices across the UK, so a cloud-based platform seemed like the obvious choice.
The Solution
Glasscubes is now used by 300 staff and is fundamental in assisting the EHS department maintain health and safety standards across the business by collaboratively controlling projects from start to finish.
