We’ll meet (virtually) with all your stakeholders to gather an in-depth understanding of the role each business unit fulfils, the processes they currently employ, and the responsibilities of the team that needs to get the job done
Time to get things rolling
We map your processes to the trial account. You invite a small group of clients to join your team and test the solution in a live environment. This provides you with feedback from your clients, as well as your colleagues. Spoiler alert… they’re going to love it!
We’ll measure & move forward
Everything we do is feedback driven. It’s monitored at every step to make sure we’re exceeding expectations. Only then will we create an action plan that considers a rollout to the wider business. This can often include some data migration and system integration.
